The production process of the pulp molding top class pack production line : first the worker will weight the raw material and put them to the pulper. Then the pulp will be discharged to the pulp chest and adjusted to certain consistency. After pulping, the ready pulp will be pumped into the pulp tank of the automatic forming machine and the forming ,drying and hot prossing process will be finished automatically there.The finished products will be carried out automatically and workers only need to  collect and pack them. some products require edge cutting,such as inner pack for the mobile ,camera package. At present, the cutting process should be done by manual.
The forming, drying and hot pressing process is finsihed at one time in forming machine continuously and automatically. So it is especially suitable for the area where the labor and renting cost is high. There are some features as follows:
1,high automatical degree. It needs workers to make pulp and collect the finished products only. There is no manual operation involved during the production. Multi machines could be controlled by one worker. It is labor saving and with low labor intensity.
2,small occupation.
3, fine and smooth on the surface,good stiffness,not easy to drop fluff, so it is suitable for the high class electronic products packing.

There are five types of the automatic top class pack production lines : type J-W production line,type J-F production line,type J-WF production line,type J-2W production line,type J-2F production line.the main difference between them is in the capacity and forming method.
